Refund Policy for Peptiq Peptides
At Peptiq Peptides (“we”, “our”, or “us”), we are committed to providing high-quality products and excellent customer service. Please read this Refund Policy carefully before placing an order.
Returns and Refund Eligibility
Due to the nature of our products and for health, safety, and quality assurance reasons, we generally do not accept returns of products that have been opened, used, or tampered with.
Refunds or replacements may be considered in the following circumstances:
- You received an incorrect item.
- Your order arrived damaged during transit.
- Your order was incomplete.
- Your order was lost in transit and confirmed by the shipping carrier.
- The product received is defective or faulty upon arrival.
To be eligible for a refund or replacement, you must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and provide supporting evidence, such as photographs of the product, packaging, and shipping label.
Non-Refundable Items
We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for:

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible.
When submitting a claim, please include:

- Any relevant shipping information.
Upon verification, we may, at our discretion:

Lost or Missing Shipments
If your shipment is lost in transit, please contact us after the estimated delivery period has passed.
We will investigate the matter with the shipping carrier. If the shipment is confirmed as lost, we may provide a replacement shipment or refund at our discretion.
Peptiq Peptides is not responsible for delays caused by:
- Shipping carriers.
- Customs processing.
- Incorrect delivery information provided by the customer.
- Events beyond our reasonable control.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled before they are processed and dispatched.
Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
To request a cancellation, please contact us immediately after placing your order.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method whenever possible.
Please allow:
- 5–10 business days for refund processing.
- Additional time for your financial institution or payment provider to post the refund to your account.
Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
Refused Deliveries
If an order is refused by the customer or returned due to incorrect shipping information provided by the customer, any shipping fees incurred may be deducted from any approved refund.
