Research Use Only

All products sold by Peptiq Ltd are intended strictly for laboratory research and development purposes. They are not medicines, food supplements or cosmetic ingredients, and they are not for human or veterinary consumption. They must not be used to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease.

By placing an order, you confirm that you are purchasing these products solely for legitimate laboratory or research purposes, that you are appropriately qualified to handle them safely, and that you will comply with all relevant laws, regulations and safety protocols in your jurisdiction.

Product Information

Orders And Acceptance

When you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation by email. This confirms that we have received your order, but it does not constitute acceptance of that order. A contract between you and Peptiq Ltd is only formed once we dispatch the products to you.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including where a product is unavailable, where there has been an error in pricing or description, or where we reasonably believe an order has not been placed for legitimate research purposes. If we cancel an order after payment has been taken, you will receive a full refund.

Pricing And Payment

All prices listed on our website are shown in pounds sterling (£) and, where applicable, include or exclude VAT as indicated at checkout. Delivery charges are shown separately and added to the total at checkout.

Payment is taken at the time of order through our secure payment providers. We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout. In the unlikely event that a pricing error occurs, we will contact you before processing your order to confirm whether you wish to proceed at the correct price.

Delivery

We aim to dispatch orders within one to two working days of payment being received, using a tracked courier service. Delivery times provided on our website and at checkout are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Risk in the products passes to you once they have been delivered to the address provided at checkout. It is your responsibility to ensure that the delivery address and contact details you provide are accurate.

Cancellations And Returns

If you wish to cancel an order before it has been dispatched, please contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to accommodate this.

Due to the nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns of any item once it has been opened, used, or has had its packaging seal broken, except where the product is faulty, damaged or incorrect. Where an item is faulty, damaged or does not match your order, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with details and, where possible, photographic evidence, and we will arrange a replacement, repair or refund as appropriate.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Peptiq Ltd, its directors, employees and agents from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities and expenses arising from your use of our products other than for their intended laboratory research purpose, or from your breach of these Terms.

Events Outside Our Control

We will not be liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations where this is caused by events outside our reasonable control, including but not limited to strikes, transport disruption, severe weather, or actions of third party suppliers or couriers.

Governing Law And Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising in connection with these Terms or your use of our website shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

Changes To These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with a revised “last updated” date, and the Terms in place at the time you place an order will apply to that order.
